Job Details:   Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, plans and administers a treatment program designed to assist patients with various mental and physical disabilities to achieve their highest level of functioning. Treatment consists of exercise, modalities, and massage mobility; training and patient family education. Participates in a multi-disciplinary team concept to monitor patient outcome. Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Minimum Work Experience: Three to six months of orientation. Certification, Licensure, Registration: Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.
