Job Details: Statement of Purpose Primary area of responsibility is providing support of all Microsoft Enterprise applications. . This includes deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring Microsoft Enterprise products and network services such as Active Directory. Education and/or Experience Minimum of an Associate Degree in Computer Science, two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills Ability to read, analyze, interpret and write general correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, supervisors, or staff of the enterprise. Ability to solve practical problems as presented by users in relation to actual usage of computer related systems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in electronic, written, oral or diagramed forms to maintain and improve computer-related systems. Ability to effectively use the Internet to diagnose and resolve hardware and software related issues. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations The following certifications would be considered a plus: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer HP/Compaq Accredited Systems Engineer Cisco Certified Network Associate Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
