Avante at Lake Worth, a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking licensed professionals to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to perform the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services and Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN positions available for LPNs and RNs
Mon-Fri & alternate weekends - all shifts available. Weekend ONLY positions are also available - any shift.
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements.
- Must speak and understand English.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care.
- Positive attitude toward the elderly.
**Experience with trachs/ventilators is preferred
