TITLE: CNC Mill & Lathe Operator
LOCATION:  Eastside
PAY: $DOE
SHIFT: Swing Shift, M-F

DURATION: Temp To Hire
HIRING DATE: Immediately

Multiple Positions ~ GREAT BENEFITS

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reading specifications on bills of materials and cut lists.
• Must have minimum 10+ years experience operating a CNC Mills & Lathes

• Maintain tight cutting tolerances.

• Safe handling of raw materials

Physical/Mental Requirements:
• Handle heavy objects (up to 70 lbs.)
• Must be able to work independently and in a Team setting.
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Other:
• Detail-oriented, organized and reliable.
• Able to operate forklift and become certified immediately.
• Sound knowledge of lean-manufacturing processes (preferred)
• Familiarity with metric dimensions and knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform a variety of moderate to complex repetitive and non-repetitive duties and tasks.

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS PRE EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
• MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER

• MUST BE AN INDEPENDENT THINKER
