Dicker offers staffing solutions in all areas of the office environment, including administrative, technical, customer service, accounting, and professional positions.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Bilingual Call Center/Sr. Call Center Representative:

  • Work in a high volume, fast pacedcall center environment.
  • Receive inbound calls from Sales Consultants or Customers.
  • Handle escalation calls and collection calls.
  • Answer questions, research and update information in the computer.

 

These are temporary to hire positions and are located in Plano.

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bilingual Call Center/Sr. Call Center Represenative:

  • A minimum of two years of recent experience working in a call center environment.
  • For the Sr. Call Center Representative, must have experience being an Account Manager, or supporting Sales Representatives and/or senior level employees.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Clear background.
