Job Description

SPECIAL PROCEDURES TECHNOLOGIST I (#30557)  FT, days
TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in CIncinnati, OH

Under the direction of the Radiologist or Cardiologist and the Manager of Cardiac Cath/Special Procedures, position responsible for the operation of highly technical state of the art radiographic equipment and:

*responsible and accountable for the patient outcomes in the cardiac cath/special procedures
*responsible for radiation safety practices in procedure rooms

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Associate's Degree in Allied Health; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification or proof of specialized training in interventional vascular/cardiac procedures, or CVT/CVIT with RCIS or RCES certification; Unrestricted license from ODH
EXPERIENCE: in a related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Understanding of aseptic technique
