This Southern California based restaurant company only started in 2009 and they have 5 locations open and 6 new locations set to open in the next 18 month, we are aggressively looking for Managers eager to take the next step in their careers.
At the moment, we are currently looking for a Regional Kitchen Manager! This person will be responsible for assisting in the development of Back of the House Training materials, spec, menu adherence, and putting BOH systems into place. We are looking for an experience Kitchen Manager for a high volume corporate casual dining restaurant company. Regional KM experience is desired but not required. We will look at a top level Executive Kitchen Manager for a high volume restaurant company.
This is "get your hands dirty" position. We are not looking for a delegator or someone who stands back and observes. We are looking for a hands on Kitchen Leader who manages by example, is a strong trainer, and is great with systems
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of current Multi Unit Back of the House Restaurant Management experience with Corporate Casual Dining Full Service Restaurant companies
- High volume background; must have experience working in restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing Back of the House Management
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Extensive experience with Training and New Store Openings a huge plus
