In Final Docs, handle routine research with oversight by senior staff and manager. Associates work as part of a team and also independently. Qualifications: Typically will have 0-3 years experience with a working knowledge of the mortgage business and general office skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Critical thinking and analytical skills in regards to research and decision making. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and Internet. Must be able to work well under pressure and be reliable. Proficient with Excel, Word, good written and oral communication skills. Desired Skills: Previous mortgage loan documents experience

 

 Requirements1. Minimum 1 year of Mortgage experience working with loan documents.
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
4. Very good verbal and written skills
