    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a sales CSR role

  • Call Center Customer Service Representative will be calling on existing customers and leads within the company's database to pitch their value add
  • Customer Service Rep is required to provide excellent customer service on a daily basis
  • Customer Support Rep. will be following market specific scripts for various phases of telesales to customers
  • CSR will be updating and/or adding correct names, titles, telephone numbers, email addresses of training decision makers from Operators and Administrative Staff and enter into our proprietary Customer Service Management database
  • Customer Service Rep will be in charge of scheduling meetings for Sales Reps for business development cultivation purposes with new customers
  • CSR Support Rep will be working with a team of customer service representatives in a call center environment
  • Call Center Customer Service Representative will send Outlook meeting invites to prospect customers and Sales force as needed, etc
    •  Requirements
  • 1-2 years Business to Business (B2B) outbound telesales or customer service experience within a call center environment
  • Good customer service skills and excellent communication skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database experience
  • Strong work ethic, with ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications essential
  • Self-motivated
