 Description Eastlake Nursing & Rehab, an American Senior Community, is currently seeking an Executive Director for this 150 bed long term care facility, located in Eklhart, Indiana.

Executive Director

This position acts as a representative of the governing body of the nursing facility for the internal management, and to be responsible for the efficient administration of all activities, subject to the policies, procedures and orders of the governing body in compliance with company policies.
