Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead the Adorn Maintenance Department.  The role will encompass a hands on approach, working side by side with the Maintenance Technicians to complete routine repairs and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 

Further responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Coordinating and scheduling job assignments
•  Ordering needed repair parts
•  Bridging communication between shifts

• 7+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• 3+ years Supervision/leadership experience
• Excellent electrical and PLC/CNC troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong computer skills; working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience working within OSHA safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE
