Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

We are currently hiring nurses (Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses- RN / LPN ).  This position assumes planning, responsibility, and accountability for resident care of a designated unit for one shift and in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company/facility policies, procedures and care plans.  Must have a valid Indiana RN or LPN license.
