Our north side is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a Direct Hire opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing general administrative functions
- Draft correspondence
- Arranging all meetings, schedules and travel
- Maintaining weekly staff schedules
- Handling phone coverage for the President
- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint
- Process and distribute mail
- Maintain and update corporate records and files
- Must be able to express ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing and be very creative
- Should be very technically savvy in relationship to using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a fast-paced organization supporting executives
- Must be a self-starter who displays initiative
- Takes independent action with minimal supervision
- Able to work independently

- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
