Job Description:
- Manage 5-8 outside sales reps
(digital media reps)
- P&L for office
- Conduct business meetings
- Hire, Mentor, Develop and Train New reps
- Ride with reps in the field
- Conduct field ride reports
Requirements:
- Must have solid 1-3+ years outside sales management experience
- Seeking candidates with experience in business to business sales
- Documentation of sales success
- Degree preferred but not required
- Backgrounds from advertising sales, copier sales, payroll sales, telecom sales, radio sales, newspaper sales, uniforms sales, and similar backgrounds.
Compensation:
- Year 1 earnings @ Plan to $100K - Base to $70K based on experience
