AlignStaffing is a leading social services provider for mental and behavioral health. We help bring together the best social service professionals with great organizations, who are committed to promoting and enhancing the positive growth of children and families through preventive, supportive, and therapeutic services.

We are currently looking for a Licensed Social Worker to manage all aspects of a child’s treatment in therapeutic foster care. The Licensed Social Worker must maintain regular contact with the child as well as the foster parents. Evaluate the child’s needs and progress, complete written assessments and attend/represent the child at all meetings pertaining to their care.

 Requirements

  1. Masters degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
  2. Minimum requirement of Licensed Social Worker (LSWA, LGSW, LCSW, LCSWC).
  3. Minimum of 1 years experience working in Child Welfare
  4. Strong administrative, verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage
  6. Demonstrated ability to work with persons from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.
