Responsibilities: managing the day to day maintenance operations, extensive building and administrative staff supervision, leasing and marketing, resident relations, budget preparation and financial reporting, staffing/hiring, and managing the application and recertification process.
Qualifications:
• Superb customer service skills.
• Highly motivated service-oriented self starter.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Tax Credit, Market Rate and Commercial experience a plus.
• Must be proficient in Excel and have a solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management.
