Customer Service Representative

• Answer inbound phone calls from AAA members in need of emergency road service
  
  
• Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service using established guidelines and procedures
  
  
• Access and/or update member records
  
  
• Ability to listen effectively and work as part of a team
  
  
• Actively offer other AAA products to ensure customer satisfaction
  
  
• Build relationships with members while promoting trust and confidence in AAA by providing world class service
  
  
• Other duties as assigned

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and week-end hours, as well as holidays.

• High school diploma or GED
  
  
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
  
  
• Call Center experience preferred
  
  
• Customer service minded and self-motivated to achieve success
  
  
• Excellent communication both oral and written with pleasant phone demeanor
  
  
• Team-player with positive attitude
  
  
• Outgoing, engaging demeanor with a passion for people
  
  
• Attention to detail
  
  
• Strong computer skills - MS Office
  
  
• Data entry skills
