We have a great opportunity for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE ASSISTANT with one of our most respected clients located in the Houston / Greenway Plaza area.
This is a contract/temporary opportunity approximately 1-3 months
The pay range is $12-15/hr DOE

Our client is ideally looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- office assistant
- file clerk
- front desk receptiontionist / switchboard
- scanning / indexing
- billing / invoicing
- data entry specialist
- order entry
- customer service
- freight / logistics
- mail room / file clerk
Responsibilities include:
- heavy data entry - alpha & numeric
- creating spreadsheets in MS Excel
- preparing correspondence & mail-outs in MS Word
- generating & running reports
- answering phones
- general filing, faxing and copying
- assisting staff with all other administrative duties as needed
Skills & Abilities:
- professional demeanor
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills, both written and oral
- organization and multi-tasking
- strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (PowerPoint a plus)
- experience working in database systems such as SAP, Oracle, ADP, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, etc. a PLUS
