Sales Support Representative job description
1. Manage the correspondence between the sales team and customers
2. Processing daily purchase orders
3. Supply customers with confirmation of orders, shipping, and back logs
4. Answering phone calls
5. Monitoring and setting up customer accounts
6. Provide data and reports to help the Sales Team
7. Collaborate with accounting for Receivables
8. Document shipments, submittals, meetings, and overall project milestones.
Qualification/requirements
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in administration
• 4 year College/University degree
• Proficiency using SAP software
• Strong typist, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Verbal and Written English
• Strong initiative and ability to work with little direct supervision
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at a number of different levels and methods
• Ability to work under pressure and to maintain deadlines
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work as part of a team
•Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, email, etc
$19.00-$23.00 per hour
