D/L required; work 14 to 28 hours with individuals with ID/DD providing counseling and recreation
Responsibilites: YAI Network has an immediate openings for Weekend Residential Recreational Counselors to work in one of our Bronx, New York Residential Group Homes. Join our dynamic team providing recreation on the weekends, teaching daily and independent living skills, providing individual & group counseling, and promoting community integration.
Requirements:
* BA / BS / BSW or some college a plus
* New York State Driver's License Required
* Willingness to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities / developmental disabilities
* Team Skills
* Part-time Weekend hours - shifts include from 14 to 28 hours on the weekend
* Training provided
