JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Physical Therapist
To evaluate and treat all residents/patients referred by a licensed physician. To maintain effective communication with facility/agency staff, residents/patients, families and management.
Qualification Standards, Education, and Work Experience:
Graduate of an APTA approved school
Holds valid state license
Previous experience in long term care
