REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Strong Project Management experience
-Infrastructure background/experience is highly preferred
-Typical Project Mgmt skills - building a maintaining project plans (3 plans, 1000+ lines)
-Mapping - Application
-RMS Batch Environment - 80% application
-RMS Infrastructure - Infra
-4th plan - environments focus
-Weekly + monthly status reporting
-Technical knowledge (knows the lingo - can speak to technical experts)
-Quick to learn to navigate among the teams
-Weak Matrix (PM doesn't own resources)
-Strong experience with MS Project project plans
-Good organization/administrative skills
-Leading shared resources across multiple teams
-Issue Management
-Leading Meetings and Minutes capture
-Good collaboration and coordination skills
-Ability to communicate across, up, and down - streamlining the message and amount of content to fit the audience is absolutely essential
-Effective balance between knowing when to pursue vs. backing off in task tracking/statusing
-Technical Project Lead will manage the "Middleware + Hosting" Workstream for the ORPOS + RMS implementations
-Skilled in production control principles, incident management and communication
-Candidate must have good people skills (they will have interaction with the business)
