Medical Screening Clinician - per diem - Greater Chicago, IL

Position Description:
 
Positions in this function are responsible for performing in day to day health screenings and the administration of biometric testing (i.e., blood pressures, body fat analysis, vaccinations and finger stick cholesterol testing).  Employees are involved in direct participant contact and basic health result reporting at health screenings in a corporate environment.  Work locations changes per assignment requiring local travel to the screening sites.  Work hours vary per day and per location.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ year working in a clinical environment required; including (RNs & LPNs) but not excluding; Health Educators, EMT, Dieticians, Paramedics, Exercise Physiologist/Science, etc…
Ability to take blood pressures, perform body fat analysis, finger stick cholesterol testing, and/or IM injections (nursing license is required)
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and full insurance coverage REQUIRED to travel to local health screenings.
Must have a PC at home in order to access self-service options, receive company email, receive work schedule and submit time for payment. 
Nurse candidates require a current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in your State of Employment.   
Health counseling and/or health coaching experience preferred.
Comfortable with it being Per Diem position, no guaranteed hours.
