Controller (AW)

Classification:  Controller

Compensation:  $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year

International non-profit media organization with operations world wide is currently searching for a Controller. The Controller manages the day-to-day accounting and administration operations. The Controller will be responsible for preparing financial statements, financial analysis, the annual operating budget for the US division, and coordinating the annual A-133 audit. The Controller will work with the Program Development team in preparing proposal budgets and narratives. The Controller ensures the programs are in financial compliance. This position will require 15-20% of international travel.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
8 10 years progressive non-profit accounting experience
At least five years direct experience with international non-profit financial management
Demonstrated knowledge of OMB circulars A-122 and A-110
Demonstrated experience of managing federal awards from USAID and DOS
Human resources and administration experience
