First Line Supervisor
Managing the daily operations of the specific departments for a particular shift.

Ensuring efficient interaction between departments and to have smooth transitions between shifts.

Continuously improving operations.

Supervising 15 to 40 hourly AutoZoners.

First Line Supervisor
Must have exceptional people skills and be able to:

Supervise and coach a team to meet performance standards

Understand the demands of a fast pace work environment involving receiving, stocking, inound, outbound, replenishment, returns/recalls, cross dock, transportation, etc

Work in a team environment

Be flexible as to shift schedule
