Remedy Administrator

CCCi has an opportunity for a Remedy Administrator for a contract position in Charlotte, NC.

Remedy Administrator Responsibilities:
- Maintain foundation data.
- Create, manage, and maintain support group memberships.
- Create, manage, and maintain module templates.
- Administer user access and roles for remedy modules.
- Create, configure and manage approval mappings and process configurations.
- Assist with the implementation of Remedy modules.
- Coordinate tier 2/3 system support issues with BMC Operations.
- Perform tier 2/3 functions for user issues pertaining to BMC Remedy.

Remedy Administrator Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience administering BMC Remedy applications (7.x and up)

Remedy Administrator Desired Qualifications:
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification, Intermediate level certification preferred.
- Certified BMC Remedy Administrator certification a plus.

Environment:
- BMC Remedy OnDemand (ITSM Suite v7.6.04) hosted by BMC (Development/QA/Production).
- BMC Analytics and Dashboards hosted by BMC (Development/QA/Production).
- OOTB configurations for Incident, Change, and Asset modules. SLM and SRM modules are also active. Mobility is configured but not yet used by resolvers.
- Area-based SSO authentication.
- 24/7/365 support resources.
