If there is a particular state or facility of interest, please indicated your preference in the 'hours or shift preferred' space on the application. Qualified candidates may be considered several times during a 12-month period based on the openings that become available and the location(s) you select.

Job Requirements

The Physician provides professional medical direction, oversight and direct patient care for the facility's medical program. This is a part-time position that regularly works less than 30 hours per week. Graduate from an accredited school of medicine. Must be licensed to practice medicine int he state of employment. A valid driver's license is required.
