Mortgage Loan Officer Job

A very large well known Mortgage Home Loan Company is looking for qualified Loan Officers. Branches are located 290 and Cypress, Galleria, Katy, Downtown, Memorial and Tomball.
Typical Duties/Responsibilities include:
Taking leads from bank branches and call center
Generate/self source new lead from book of business
Knowledge of Loan Types - Which loan would be best for the customers (FNMA, FHLMC, VA or FHA)
Work on Refinances
Work on Purchases
Generate Application for loans
Perform Pre-Approval Letters
Gather all documentation needed for the loan origination process
Put together loan files
Follow up on loans that are in the pipeline - communicating with processors and underwriters
Follow up with customers, processors, and underwriters to guarantee that all paperwork is in order and in the hands of the bank
Manager the process from the originating to the closing of the loan

2-5 years of experience as loan officer
Strong knowledge the different types of loan products and guidelines
Must have at least $500K in monthly sales
Positive Attitude and Go Getter!!!

*90 day salary guarantee. Paid $12/hour - 40 hour week draw

*In the first 90 days, if your commissions are greater than your salary, you are guaranteed to get greater of the two. After 90 days, you will pay back the $12/hour salary out of your commission.
