JOB SUMMARY:

The Family Beginnings Resource Pool Staff Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the unit using the Wishard model of care, Synergy. The Family Beginnings Resource Pool Staff Nurse coordinates with the patient, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate to patient care needs.

Job Requirements

-Active Indiana RN license

-Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience as an RN in a similar setting (Labor & Delivery, Post-partum, etc.)

-Current BLS and ACLS certifications

**Seeking RNs that would be willing to commit to one of our tier levels of commitment. Prefer RNs with well rounded experience (L/D, Postpartum, Antenatal, and Newborn Nursery, and NICU).

***Greatest needs are for nightshift and weekend dayshifts!
