Behavior Analyst

We*re looking for a talented individual to join our Arizona treatment team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at our outpatient program in Phoenix.  This position will head our new Autism program and supervise a team of dedicated staff.

The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for supervising the team of Family Support Specialists and providing both direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to clients.  They will be responsible for the development of an individualized behavioral program and master treatment plan for all assigned clients.  They work within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs. They will further meet with stakeholders to market and present our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program.

 - Provide both direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to clients (birth-18). 

 - Work within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.

 - Supervise a team of dedicated Family Support Specialists.

 - Meet with stakeholders to market and present our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program.

- Masters Degree

- Licensed as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA and LBA)

- Two (2) years experience working in the field of ABA and/or I/DD to include at least two years of experience of implementing behavioral treatment plans and one year of experience in performing behavioral assessments; developing, writing, implementing and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs; and training staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
