Education and Training: Background required in management principles, leadership, medical staff relationships, finance, problem solving, business growth and development, CQI principles and human resources development and management. Proficiency in oral and written communication. Demonstrates ability to integrate mission and values into hospital operations.Experience: Minimum 5 years progressive management experience. Minimum 5 years experience in ambulatory surgery and/or other areas of surgery required. Clinical certification preferred.
