Comply with Medical Center orientation, health, education and competency assessment requirements as outlined by Human Resources policy.
Responsible to the MGMC Rehab & Wellness Director regarding the quality of service and conformance with MGMC's policies and procedures. Upon signing and returning this agreement to MGMC, the Independent Contractor agrees to follow and complete all requirements according to Human Resources (HR) policies. The Human Resource Department shall inform the contractor of all requirements and shall provide the documents and explanation necessary for completion of the HR process.
Any instructor assigned to MGMC under the terms of this Agreement shall possess appropriate training experience as a Group Fitness Instructor.
