Mobile Therapists / Behavioral Specialist Consultants

This highly clinical role promotes an outstanding grasp of the breadth of child and adolescent diagnoses with increasing exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorders.  It fosters excellent career development with its inclusive focus on the development of treatment plans and specific treatment goals as well as supervisory experience as direction is offered to Therapeutic Support Staff.

With new state regulations, these positions require a clinical mental heatlh or social work degree. LSW preferred. For candidates without an LSW or other license, you must be able to receive a License from the Commonwealth as a Behavioral Specialist. The BSC license requires you to have 2000 hours of work implementing treatment plans or an FBA with children on the ASD spectrum or behavioral diagnosis.

 

Currenlty  positions are open in Lancaster, Lebanon, or Dauphin  Counties.

Job Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s Degree in a Mental Health field (Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, etc). 
  • LSW preferred
  • Experience with children on the Autism Spectrum preferred.
  • Experience in mental health settings working with treatment plans and therapeutic interventions is preferred but we will consider excellent graduates.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
