Job Description


A fast growing internet/ecommerce business is seeking an energetic Customer Service/Support Associtate to join their world-class team. The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:


  • Respond and resolve in/outbound customer service inquires and issues via telephone and email.
  • Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding order issues, including customer submitted requests, personalized text and order detail information.
  • Drive process improvements within the Customer Service area.
  • Identify and recommend merchandising, site issues and policy improvements, based on customer feedback.
  • Place, track and close orders through the order fulfillment system.

 

Job Requirements


  • Excellent customer/client communication experience and skills
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service environment or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Start-up company experience a plus.
