This full-service law firm represents companies ranging from privately-held mid-sized organizations to global corporations, and its corporate practice includes private equity, securities, business formation and a full range of sophisticated transactional matters. The target candidate for this opportunity will be a partner at Chicago law firm with a solid middle-market client base (at least $500K of portable business), and the desire to join a collegial and supportive environment!
