Our client, a rapidly growing real estate management company, is actively seeking an experienced (3+ years ideally) generalist paralegal to join its busy Suburban Chicago office. The paralegal in this role will be responsible for corporate governance (board resolutions, minutes, etc.); litigation (including litigation reports, subpoenas, etc.); and HR/employment issues.
