Responsibilities may include direct support to staff members, management, and VP or upper level management (CEO in some cases), handling domestic and/or international travel arrangements, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes, interfacing with clients, preparing and proofreading correspondence, taking calls, processing expenses, back up reception work, filing, assisting with event planning, and more.
