Admin/Executive Assistant

Job Description

AP Professionals has several excellent administrative assistant and executive assistant openings! Positions may be located at professional offices on the Eastside, Westside,  and  Downtown Rochester. Several industries including finance, not for profit, telecommunications, legal, property management, human resources, tax/accounting, marketing, and more!

Responsibilities may include direct support to staff members, management, and VP or upper level management (CEO in some cases), handling domestic and/or international travel arrangements,  managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes, interfacing with clients, preparing and proofreading correspondence, taking calls, processing expenses, back up reception work, filing, assisting with event planning, and more.

Salary will depend on experience and positions.  Opportunities may be permanent, temporary to hire, or temporary/contract. Apply today to be considered for any potential openings!

Job Requirements

All applicants must have recent and relevant experience working as an administrative assistant in a professional office setting, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years in this focus.

Advanced skills in Microsoft  Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a a must! Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a high level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen are also a must!

In most cases, a BS degree in Business or related field is preferred, but not required.
