Field Representative/ Sales Professional

Tradesmen International is America's premier Construction Labor Support Contractor with more than 100 locations nationwide. We partner with our clients and offer them solutions to more efficiently manage their skilled labor, minimize risk, and up their productivity. These sales supported services include professional labor consultation, staffing of high-caliber craftsmen and various training programs and services. Together or individually, our services improve the total productivity of our clients labor force while reducing their labor costs.

Tradesmen International is expanding in the Metro-Chicago area and we are seeking a full-time Field Sales Representative to support these efforts. This Field Sales Representative will develop, promote and manage sales activities within an assigned territory in accordance with company strategies and objectives.

The Field Representative will foster partnerships with existing accounts while continuing to expand the client-base.  This individual must develop and maintain customer relationships through superior customer service and strong communication skills.  This roles will be field based, but aside from company training, little overnight travel is involved.

Field Representatives / Sales Professionals must have the ability and desire to work in a high-energy team environment, be self motivated and goal orientated. We find that individuals who have a true passion for sales are the field representatives who top the income charts.

Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maximized profitability is required. 

A four year degree is desired but not required. Construction and or metal fabrication knowledge is a plus but not required.
