Qualified candidates must be well versed in resolving all common computer problems including viruses, malware, slow performance, errors, email client set up, software installation and configuration, wireless networks and peripheral problems.
Candidates must have great communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills along with 3 years of recent technical support experience.
