Job Description

Opportunity to become part of the team at this well established, stable Business Management accounting firm, looking for an Account Manager in Beverly Hills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of multiple high net worth entertainment clients.
  • Previous experience of handling large clients and their entities.
  • Full charge bookkeeping.
  • Interaction with clients over the phone.
  • General ledger coding and posting journal entries.
  • Bank account reconciliation.
  • Working on datafaction imaging software.
  • Previous experience of working in business management accounting industry is a Must!

Salary range from $60k depending upon experience plus overtime during busy season.  Plus excellent benefits.

Also looking for our West Los Angeles office for a Bookkeeper and a Staff Accountant, Tax Accountant and Tax Manager.

Job Requirements

The requirements for the Account Manager for this great Business Management firm located in Beverly Hills are:

  • Previous experience of working as an Account Manager for a Business Management accounting firm is a MUST!
  • Experience of handling large clients and their entities.
  • Need an Account Manager who is "seasoned" with several years experience.
  • Datafaction software experience.
  • Full charge bookkeeping.
  • Interaction on the phones with high net worth clients in the entertainment industry.
  • Longevity on employment history.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Live within reasonable commutable distance.

Also looking for a candidate for a Bookkeeper and two Staff Accountants, Tax Accountant and Tax Manager.
