We are currently supporting Global Leaders in pharma/ medical device / healthcare northern, NJ looking for Strategic Sourcing category expertise in IT, HR, or Travel. Clients are looking for 7+ yrs. of business experience in Fortune 500 environments (ie. Indirect side of Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, Beauty Care, or Financial Services and Professional Services) and 5+ in the procurement of professional services/indirect. Strong end to end sourcing, strong analytics, negotiation to contract execution. Strong client engagement skills and ability to drive execution.

Job Requirements

- Must have a 4 year degree - MBA, C.P.M. CPSM preferred
- Must have 7+ yrs. professional experience; 5+ years strategic sourcing indirect goods and services: (HR, IT, Travel, etc.)
- Must have demonstrated accomplishments in End to End sourcing responsibilities and deliverables
- Should have strong relationship development, client management, and communication skills.

- Experience developing / implementing sophisticated sourcing methodology (AT Kearney, IBM/PWC, McKinsey, Accenture, GEP, Mitchell Madison, Archstone, Huron, Silver Oak, etc.) strongly desired

- Strong preference for Fortune 500 Financial Services, Consulting, Professional Services, CPG, and/or Pharma.
