Job Description

This is a contract position with our direct client. Local candidates only.

Elicit, analyze, document & manage the business requirements of project end users.

Coordinate exchanges between the user community and the development, testing and deployment teams.

Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, manage the requirements specification to fulfill business objectives.

Map business processes, analyze flows & data, recommend implementation strategies and track performance.

Work with the user community to identify improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

6+ years in requirements definition and process modeling in advanced environments.

Experience with 2+ ERP applications.

1+ year process ownership a plus Proficiency in "as is" process definition, gap analysis

Demonstrated effective writing skills.

Proficiency with 1+ methodology, such as Rummler-Brache, Hammer, Lean Six Sigma Project management experience
