VP Sales & Marketing

Independent Living & Assisted Living Facilities Organization

Chattanooga, TN

Executive Level – Direct Hire role

Job Requirements

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Provide leadership and sales support to this growing senior housing company
  • Train General Managers and Sales Managers regarding effective sales & marketing techniques
  • Tracking Metrics, measuring improvements in sales & marketing efforts
  • Insuring a standardized sales model is implemented successfully at each community
  • Provide direction, vision and strategy to the sales teams
  • Actively participate in sales and marketing events

 

TARGETING AS THE WINNING COMBINATION:

  • Senior Level Sales & Marketing Experience in hospitality focused Senior Housing

               Specifically IL (Independent Living), AL (Assisted Living) or CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Communities)

  • 8+ years successful hands-on sales experience in senior housing ideal!
  • Prior Regional or National level Sales Leadership experience
  • Experience in building and developing sales teams
