Due to company growth, Home Finance of America is expanding its team! We are currently seeking licensed Mortgage Loan Originators for our headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a reputable, recognized nationwide mortgage lender. We are looking for motivated and driven professionals looking for an opportunity to work in a sales environment. We are an inbound center, therefore no book of business or cold calling required. All leads are provided. You will be helping qualified borrowers who are calling you! We will sponsor you and cover all future licensing costs for renewals, continuing education, and licensure in multiple states. NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license(s) is preferred. We are fully compliant with new loan officer compensation laws.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to inbound calls and email requests from interested/qualified borrowers.
· Facilitate entire loan process by being your borrower's sole contact from start to finish.
· Manage client relationships and answer all client inquiries.
. Originate first mortgage purchase and refinance loans to investor guidelines.
