Job Description

Elwood Staffing in Franklin is seeking top notch candidates interested in a career opportunity with a world leader in remanufacturing of diesel engines.

Long term positions with potential to hire with a well established company. Excellent benefit package and other perks.

Job responsibilites will include assembly, disassembly, teardown, painting of diesel engines.

Climate controlled, fast paced, manufacturing environment.

  • 1st  shift - 5a-1:30p or 6a-2:30p - $10.82hr
  • 2nd shift – 2p-10p only - $11.22hr
  • 3rd shfit – 8:30p-5a - $11.22hr


Immediate openings on all shifts.......candidates are placed on their shift  preference.

Elwood Staffing conducts preview tours of the facility so candidates can evaluate their future work area.


 



 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • HS Dipl/GED required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Limited Criminal History 
  • Could lift up to 50 lbs in some areas
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, twist, push, pull  
  • Ability to stand in one place all day
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing
  • Excellent attendance 
  • Willing to work OT and weekend as mandated
