Job Requirements
As a Mental Health Counselor with Pathways, you must possess excellent assessment skills. You must also be able to work as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.
Additional requirements for the Mental Health Counselor include:
- Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Services or a related field
- Valid license as an LPC, LCSW or PsyD in the state of Missouri
- Experience providing mental health counseling to adults, adolescents and children
- Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
