Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead the Adorn Maintenance Department. The role will encompass a hands on approach, working side by side with the Maintenance Technicians to complete routine repairs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinating and scheduling job assignments
Ordering needed repair parts
Bridging communication between shifts

Job Requirements

7+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
3+ years Supervision/leadership experience
Excellent electrical and PLC/CNC troubleshooting capabilities
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong computer skills; working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
Experience working within OSHA safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE
