Job Description

Responsible for directing all of the Health, Safety, & environmental functions at a Green Field Start-up ductil iron casting plant. This engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and programs covering Health, Safety & Environmental issues to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Plans and carrys out policies and programs relating to all phases of ESH activities by performing all the duties. One of the first task will be obtaining air permits for the new plant site.

Job Requirements

Should have BS degree in Safety or Environmental Management or related field. Minimum of five years of HSE experience in a casting/foundry environment. Must have knowledge of air permitting regulations and processes as it pertains to a casting/foundry environment.
