Job Description

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Customer Service and Banking industry. We have a growing Ft Lauderdale firm that is currently looking for experienced Foreclosure Legal Assistants and Foreclosure Paralegals. There are a wide variety of positions available, so if you have 1-2 years of experience in the foreclosure industry and have worked for a foreclosure law firm, please submit your resume for review. Foreclosure Clerks
: Primarily we are looking for candidates that will assist in the initial stages of the foreclosure process. Candidates will review court records as pertains to property and attorney filings, and make sure all documentation is accurate for any and all filings and then enter findings in computer system. Candidates will then be asked to write a simple pleading and accurately enter information in system and notify all parties. Drafting complaints is a big plus, but is not necessary. Candidates must be able to work in a high volume, strict deadline environment. Attention to detail is critical.

Foreclosure Paralegal: 3+ years experience for contested foreclosure actions in a fast paced environment. Draft pleadings, calendar court appearances, NOH, AOI, judgment packages. Complete knowledge of a foreclosure action is a necessity. We are looking for conscientiousness candidate who have a great attention to detail. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
