Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC has been retained to hire candidates that are looking to get in on the ground level of our Fantastic Client.
We are seeking several high energy and fast-paced outside sales professionals who want to be a part of something Huge! We want people with the desire to grow themselves, as well as the Client’s team.
Our client is the nation’s premier provider of customer rewards’ programs. Our client has developed a universal loyalty program that customers can take and use anywhere they shop.
Outside sales reps will conduct a high volume of face-to-face meetings with business owners on a daily basis, sell services to those business owners, gain new business through cold-calling, network at various events, leverage existing relationships, and generate leads and referrals. Team members should be able to identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of Client services. Since this is a start-up, thinking outside the box is a definite plus.
Position offers a base salary of $30,000 with 6 months raise to $33,000 and a year to $36,000 + uncapped commissions with year 1 earnings $65,000, Full benefits, Expenses & Equity!

- Seeking Sales Reps 1-4 yrs or Recent college grads! Not looking for a typical 9-5pm job
- High level of integrity, drive and eagerness to earn top income
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Able to hit aggressive sales objectives, enjoy challenges and competition, a team player
- Understand competitor strengths/weaknesses and able to articulate Clients competitive advantage
- Resourceful, assertive, and comfortable taking risks to achieve these goals, Independent, self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to handle multiple detailed projects simultaneously and independently adapt to changing roles and priorities
- Backgrounds in hunter type/ cold calling sales, backgrounds that have successfully sold to franchise, chain, or individual pay-at-the-counter food/drink shops (i.e. coffee shops, tea shops, restaurants, etc...)
- Sold locally to SMBs, business owner contacts in the food and beverage space ++
Backgrounds:
- Degree
- Recent College Grads! With competitive sports or military backgrounds
- Backgrounds in sales with high volume face-to-face sales experience
- Experience or desire to be in outside sales
- Drive and motivated to earn an above average income
- Social Media knowledge: Yelp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc...
- Strong customer service, and customer management skills
